Our Unique Approach
Willows Independent Living was founded with a vision to offer a high-quality, small-scale independent living environment for adults with additional needs who are ready to embrace greater independence. Nestled within a serene 22-acre rural site, complete with animals, our unique setting provides a calming backdrop for growth and development. We can accommodate up to five residents across two thoughtfully designed cottages, ensuring a personalized and supportive experience.
Please note tenants will be on a one-to-three year lease depending on each residents situation.

Our environment is ideal for adults who do not require personal care but will significantly benefit from a supportive community. Here, residents are encouraged and empowered to develop essential life skills and build confidence amongst their peers. We believe in fostering a sense of belonging and mutual encouragement.
Our Founder and Guiding Values
Willows Independent Living is the passion project of Julie Cripps, our founder. With almost 40 years of dedicated experience in caring for adults with additional needs, Julie's commitment is to provide a crucial stepping stone. Her aspiration is to bridge the gap between living at home or in supported accommodation and achieving full independence. Willows Independent Livings core values are rooted in compassion, respect, and the unwavering belief in the potential of every resident.
