Willows Independent Living is dedicated to fostering independence and personal growth for adults with additional needs. We provide a safe, nurturing, and shared living environment that encourages residents to develop essential life skills, preparing them for successful independent living.
Our approach
We believe in a person-centred approach, where each resident's journey towards independence is tailored to their unique needs and aspirations. Through supportive shared accommodation and a focus on skill development, we empower individuals to manage their own personal care and build confidence for future independent living.
Who We Help
Adults with additional needs who can manage their own personal care. Each residents lease is between one to three years.
Supportive Shared Accommodation - We offer a comfortable and secure living environment where residents can thrive amongst peers.
Our focus is on providing a home-like atmosphere that promotes social interaction and a sense of community.
Skill Development Programs - We offer structured activities and training designed to build confidence and essential life skills.
These programs cover areas such as personal budgeting, household management, and social engagement.
Personal Care Independence - Residents are encouraged and supported to manage their own personal care routines.
Our staff are available to offer guidance as needed, fostering self-reliance.
Preparation for Independent Living - Our ultimate goal is to equip residents with the tools and confidence to transition to fully independent living.
We work collaboratively with residents to set achievable goals and celebrate milestones.
Person-Centred Support - Every individual's plan is unique, reflecting their personal aspirations and support requirements.
We listen to our residents and adapt our support to meet their evolving needs.
Located in North Devon - Our facility is conveniently situated in South Molton, North Devon offering access to local amenities and community integration opportunities.
We aim to connect our residents with the vibrant community around them.
